2018 London auction.

RM Sotheby’s are delighted to invite 1000 Mile Trial participants and HERO Events members to our 2018 London auction. The event takes place over two days at Battersea Evolution, in the beautiful surroundings of Battersea Park. Since its inception in 2007, the London auction has featured fascinating cars for enthusiasts of all eras and marques. The diverse range of vehicles for sale and the electric atmosphere of the auction venue have rendered the RM Sotheby’s London event a highlight for car collectors across Europe and beyond.

This year’s edition, taking place on September 4th and 5th, is set to continue the trend. The headline consignment, which is capturing the attention of collectors far and wide, is the 1961 Aston Martin DB4GT, which starred alongside Peter Sellers in the film “The Wrong Arm of the Law”. A celebration of British heritage, the DB4GT was built by Aston Martin as a lightweight, high-performance iteration of the standard DB4. This particular example, chassis no. 0157/R, retains its original ‘41DPX’ registration as seen on the silver screen and is set to be the star of the show in September.

We look forward to seeing you there
